PRE ORDER

Gallery Furniture World Class European Furniture Styles. We curate and design bespoke furniture and objects d'art handcrafted In Australia and sourced from artisans globally. Our designer furniture is Made to a World Class standard with a unique attention to detail, creating a sublime atmosphere for your home. As these items are made to order and fully handcrafted lead times can vary. 

LEAD TIME

Please note that items marked on Pre order require 6-8 WEEKS APPROX wait time from the time of purchase. Pre order items are provided at a heavily discounted price as there is a wait and items are on backorder and due for re-stock from our overseas supplier. Our dispatch team will contact you to arrange delivery immediately once item arrives in stock.

PRE ORDER / BACKORDER

Once Pre order or Custom order has been placed, you will receive an email within 48 hours to confirm your order and approximate delivery date. We will contact you once order is ready for collection or to be shipped. If during that time you are unsure of dates, times or require further information you can always call our sales office on (02) 8739 1603 or email sales@galleryfurniture.com.com.au

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pre orders can be carried out on our website, in store or over the phone. Custom order or any customized items require full payment.

Once manufactured Pre orders, Custom or Backorder orders can take between 6-8 weeks to arrive in our ports and could be held for longer periods for Australian custom clearances, inclement weather, strikes and other issues that may arise which are out of our control. Any delivery charges are due prior to dispatch of goods if applicable.

    When ordering a preorder, custom, backorder item, this makes you bound by the Terms and conditions of this Pre order/Custom order sale. Pre orders are considered Custom orders where gallery furniture has sent to manufacturing/ordered items specifically for you. All pre orders are considered final once deposit is received.
      Pre orders/Custom/Backorder orders cannot be returned or refunded except for major faults - A replacement or Store credit will apply only. The customer can choose to cancel a Pre order but will forfeit all deposits and/or payments made. (Please email or call us prior to cancelling to see if there are any other options we can provide) Please contact us within 48 hours to cancel order. We cannot cancel any Pre order once order is confirmed and placed with the supplier/manufacturer.

        REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

        All Pre orders are available for backorder or classified as Custom made goods as we would not have ordered them if you had not purchased them, as such some items are non-returnable.

        There is NO REFUNDS for Preorder or Custom order goods. We will provide a store credit only. This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as you may still have warranties or guarantees on the products description, fit for purpose and quality. For more information on this please refer to the Australian Consumer Law rights of a consumer

        All Pre orders are classified as Custom orders and as such you will forfeit all or part of your money if you choose to cancel your order. By paying part or all of the order, the customer agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions set out on this page and other relevant T&Cs pages.

          The customer is aware that they are receiving a discount to accept part or all of the of the risk in the purchase. Pre orders cannot be cancelled without forfeiting their payment. Please contact us to within 48 hours to cancel order. We cannot cancel any Pre order once order is placed. When the Pre order is accepted and ordered, the customer is liable to lose any monies paid.

          Paying for a order online or instore indicates you agree and accept the Preorder Terms and Conditions published on this site.

            DELIVERY

            Delivery is booked with our various shipping/trucking companies. TNT Road, DHL and TOLL are our preferred carrier for shipping of smaller boxed items such as chairs/stools. Please allow 5-7 working days dependent on state. We partner with a few trucking / shipping companies for large bulky / fragile items such as tables, buffets, dressers, sofas and large / commercial orders. Our shipping partners can take between 5-7 working days dependent on state.             DISCLAMER

            Gallery Furniture will not be liable for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control or for any losses that are incurred as of any delays or force majeure of the purchaser. As with all our products we endeavor to dispatch all deliveries as fast as possible to our customers, with many of our products being sourced internationally we may be affected by public holidays, inclement weather, port or custom delays all of which are beyond our control. All expected delivery times are estimates until the products are in our warehouse and ready for dispatch upon which time the standard delivery terms will apply.
