Gallery Furniture can deliver to any Australian address. If the address is outside major metropolitan areas, we will organise a specialised quote and provide an estimate for delivery. Please select correct option at checkout. We will contact you with delivery cost to your location.

How do we quote on shipping (if applicable)? 
Shipping is based by weight and location. Shipping options are available  at checkout.

What is an Oversized item?
Oversized items are items that cannot be delivered by standard Australia Post services, due to size or weight. Items include most furniture, some rugs & larger homewares pieces over 50kgs. Oversized items also require additional man power, unpacking and set up therefore standard freight cannot be used.

Custom Furniture
Once your custom order has been placed in-store or online, please allow 8-10 weeks from date of order to delivery. Please note, if you live in a more rural area, delivery may take longer. If an order has a Custom Furniture & another furniture/oversized item, the other item will not be shipped out until the Custom Furniture is ready for shipping. This means you will have to wait 8-10 weeks to receive your custom furniture plus normal furniture or oversized items all at once.

Peak Periods
Please note, during the festive season orders may take slightly longer to deliver, due to high order volumes. We will always endeavor to ship your items as soon as possible.

Premium Delivery
Gallery Furniture only uses Premium delivery services unless otherwise requested. Our delivery team are experienced at handling all of our products and will ensure the safe arrival of your beautiful new furniture. By using our team, it will ensure minimal hassle, eliminating the possibility of damages. 

Delivery Time
Shipping time for freight items is approximately 5-7 business days from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our warehouse. Orders sent via Toll Road Express or Ground Courier average 5-7 business days once they leave the factory. Orders sent via White glove carrier average 5-7 business days depending on location once leaving the factory. Please keep in mind that these time frames are after the product leaves the factory.

Once you have been contacted by the local delivery agent to set up your delivery, the delivery must be scheduled within 2-5 business days. If delivery cannot be scheduled within five business days, please contact us to make special arrangements otherwise, daily storage rates will apply for a maximum of 30 days. If after 30 days, delivery has not been completed, the order will be deemed unwanted and disposed of or donated at the discretion of Gallery Furniture. Please contact us regarding daily storage rates.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at Checkout. Most items ship at No additional cost and are noted as "Free Shipping" on each product. If an item does have shipping charges, they will be noted under the shipping info tab on each product page.
Gallery Furniture automatically calculates your shipping costs at the time of check out in the shopping cart process once an item is placed into your cart with the appropriate delivery method chosen and your zip code entered. Shipping and handling charges for all items are a per item charge based on the weight of the item, size of the box, and the delivery destination.

Some of our items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Most shipments will be delivered to your curb. Should you need in home delivery, please contact customer service for specific freight rates related to your order.

Some furniture, lighting, and delicate items may need to be securely carted and packaged. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page as a "delivery surcharge." Shipping costs are for Australian states. Please contact us for shipping costs for outside the contiguous Australian states, as they vary by product.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking number is provided once item is dispatched from our warehouse. We will automatically update your order with tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking information is issued by Gallery Furniture's third part courier with your order consignment.

Insurance
Gallery Furniture will arrange delivery on your behalf. Transit insurance will be taken out by Gallery Furniture and/or our suppliers to ensure that your goods are fully covered for any accidental damage or breakages that may occur during the delivery process.

Multiple Shipments
If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we may ship your order in multiple shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the extra shipment(s).

Shipping Backorders 
Sometimes an IN STOCK item may be OUT OF STOCK (sometimes an item may sell out before we've had a chance to update the website). We will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order, there will be no freight charge (you only pay freight once). If the item is no longer available, we will do our best to notify you immediately.
We do our best to ship out products in a timely manner, but we reserve the right to backorder or cancel orders at any time for any reason. You will be notified via email if part or all of your order is back ordered more than 4 weeks. 30 Day Returns Policy
At Gallery Furniture we have a 30 Day Returns Policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note our "30 Day Return Policy" does NOT apply to any Fragile items, Mirrored items, Discounted or Sale items or Custom made / Pre order items for any change of mind. 

The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost to return to our warehouse. Shipping charges are not refunded under our 30 day return policy for any reason. For more information about Returns please view our Returns Policy page.

Trade Orders
Trade order delivery cost is based on weight and destination calculated by our courier. Any shipping charges will be invoiced before dispatch of goods. Free delivery is not available for Trade discount orders.

Gallery Furniture does everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your items. However, be aware and consider that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give accurate lead times for each furniture manufacturer, but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.
